Her passion for this work is deeply personal. In 2016, Missy was diagnosed with cancer—a life-changing experience that shaped her perspective and introduced her to the power of functional medicine. That journey gave her a deep understanding of the emotional and physical challenges that come with illness, along with a strong desire to support others with empathy and care. She brings a grounded, connection-centered approach to her role, and believes that no detail is too small when it comes to helping people feel seen and cared for. When she’s not at the front desk, you might find her watching Harry Potter with her family or reminiscing about her time living in a lighthouse keeper’s home on the Pacific coast.
